Olive wood

Wood from the olive tree is sustainable. The olive tree is not cut down until it no longer produces fruit; this is only after 100 years. The olive wood planks are made from smaller trunks of the olive tree, with a diameter between 10 and 30 cm. Olive wood is very hard and unique in its appearance.
